Dustin Zielke, Owner of EverGreen IT Solutions

I started EverGreen IT Solutions because I saw a gap in the market. Most IT providers treat businesses as an afterthought. You get a call center, a ticket number, and someone who has never seen your environment. That is not how good IT works.

My career in IT started in high school, where I helped manage the school's technology before being hired as their primary IT person for three years. From there I moved into enterprise environments, spending time at Addison Group, an MSP, and most recently serving as Director of IT for a multi-entity legal organization managing over $1M in annual IT spend. Nearly a decade across environments ranging from small businesses to billion-dollar organizations.

Do you work with businesses of any size?

Yes. EverGreen IT works with organizations of all sizes. Whether you are a solo operator or a growing team, your plan is scoped and priced to fit your actual environment.

What does onboarding look like?

After signing your agreements and paying the onboarding fee, we deploy our monitoring and security agents to your devices within one to two business days. Backup agents are also deployed for Manage and Grow plans. We then schedule a kickoff call to walk you through everything that is running and how to reach us.

How do I reach you when I need help?

You call or text Dustin directly at (405) 317-6582 or email dustin@evergreen-it-solutions.com. No call centers, no ticket portals, no hold music. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, with after-hours availability for critical issues.

What if I only have one or two devices?

That is completely fine. Most of our clients are lean teams. Every plan is designed to deliver enterprise-grade protection regardless of how many devices you have.

Do you work with remote teams?

Absolutely. All of our monitoring, patching, security, and support is delivered remotely by default. Your team can be anywhere and we keep everything covered.

What is the contract length?

There is a three-month minimum initial term, after which your plan continues month to month. Either party can cancel with 30 days written notice after the initial term.

What happens if I want to cancel?

After your initial three-month term, give us 30 days written notice and we will offboard cleanly during that window. All managed agents are removed from your devices before your final day and you keep full access to your own Microsoft 365 and cloud data.

Is my data safe with EverGreen IT?

Yes. Manage and Grow plans include Acronis encrypted cloud backup. All plans include Guardz for endpoint and identity security and Action1 for remote monitoring. We never share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties.

What does the onboarding fee cover?

The one-time onboarding fee, equal to one month of your plan, covers environment assessment, deployment of all monitoring and security agents, initial configuration and hardening, and your kickoff call with Dustin.

Can you manage Microsoft 365 for my team?

Yes, on the Manage and Grow plans. This includes user and license management, security configuration, email security, identity threat detection, and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup to protect your email domain.
